October 12

JM* says, “Please intercede on behalf of a local brother here in North Africa. He had recently been taken 4 times by the police for interrogation. His mother burned all of his Books and his own family had been treating him as if he is a criminal. On top of that, his health had been physically weak. But we can thank God that he is remaining firm and steadfast in his faith in JC and continues to be a bold witness for the good news. Please pr that he will be like “a tree planted in streams of water” (Psalm 1) who will not waver in the midst of challenges and persecutions, but instead will constantly delight and meditate on the law of the Lord. Pray for his family and the local authorities to see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of JC, who is the image of God. Pray also for physical healing as his sickness had been a hindrance to his desire to be bold in his witness.”
