January 10

Published on January 10, 2018 under prayer

Andy and Janet Wildsmith serve at Scott Christian University. They write, “Last semester ended Dec 8 and it was one of the toughest in recent memory. Which doesn’t go back as far as it used to. Next semester classes start on January 15, which is going to be here before we know it. Please pray that we will have the energy needed to stay the course throughout the semester. Janet will be helping the Dean of the School of Theology with a bit of administration while I try to make more time for editing AJET (Scott’s theology journal) and my chronic pain stretches and exercises. Janet had successful carpel tunnel surgery done at Kijabe Hospital on Decemeber 11 and just had the stitches out. Please pray for complete healing and long term relief. Her second hand will be done sometime later in 2018. Please continue to pray for Scott Christian University. With the boarding students gone for Christmas break, water pressure is normal and available. Please pray this will continue when they return. Please pray for wisdom and compassion on the part of the administration as money and faculty shortages continue. The two are connected.
Yours in Christ’s Service in Africa”
